I received my answer to my request from the Vatican for tickets to Christmas Eve Mass. They'll have them waiting for me the day before Christmas Eve services. I need to make it to the Bronze Door of the Apostolic Palace to collect them. The Bronze Door is situated in St. Peter's Square where the right-hand Bernini colonnade begins. lol Then I talk to this guy dressed up like a Swiss Guard--because he is a Swiss Guard (lol), and he'll go to a room and recover an envelope with my name on it with the tickets inside. How exciting.

‘Well I’m trying to help DH fix his bbq meat for the church this morning, thought he knew what he was doing but alas I was wrong We’re about out of time to get the meat cooked Guess I’m going to be gone this afternoon, just learned this morning that DD, DS and all of theirs are going if I will so of course I agreed, a mini family reunion

GF only able to eat 1/2 of the fried chicken, potato, salad, roll that she had. So I ate the other 1/2.
