Snails - Response on Threads Part 8

I picked up my ticket at the Vatican behind the Bronze Door on the day before Christmas Eve. I had to go through security to get here and then show my invitation to this guy before being allowed to move forward to the Swiss Guard in the background. Where I could take pics was limited, too.

I made it to the Swiss Guard and he confirmed my invitation was good and showed me to a little room filled with file boxes (no pics in here).

Once I made it to the room with the file boxes filled with tickets, I gave them my name and they located my ticket. I was pretty psyched to have the ticket in hand after all of the crap to get it.

I didn't plan very well for dinner after Christmas Eve Mass. There was virtually nothing open at 10pm. I found a little convenience store on my way home from mass that had some meats and bread. Yum.

Fortunately, almost everything was open on Christmas Day for dinner.
