Happy Friday! People. It's been another bz week.
I'm working hard on a 2 year camping (dispersed camping) trip out West: New Mexico, Utah, Arizona, Colorado--then up to Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho. I'm buying an overlanding trailer (pic below). I'm also, I've been waiting 40+ years to do this, getting a dog.
I just haven't been able to get one because I just didn't have the time to take care of it responsibly. I'm getting a Border Collie... the smartest dogs in the world (Pepper needed a challenge to his superior intellect.) Here's a pic of the trailer and the dog I want. The border collie is a blue merle--just an example of what their coat looks like..

I love border collies. I had one about 25 years ago. I'm not allowed to have dogs where I currently live.

Yes, I am going to have internet access because I am buying a starlink system. The cost isn't too bad for the system at $750.00. The monthly fee for service is $150.00--but, u can turn it on and off monthly. The plan is to come back home a couple times a year for doctor, dentist, etc. I'll just leave the trailer out there in storage and drive home. Although, I would rather fly home-- but we will see how it is to fly with a dog. So, the short answer is, you're not going to get rid of me that easy.Good morning Fran, Terri and Pepper
