We had pork chops with squash and onions. I also had a small salad.

One of my favorites, yellow squash with onions and bacon grease. Fry up 3 pieces of bacon till crispy and remove. Saute sqaush with onions in bacon grease and add crumbled bacon at end and serve.
How could it be bad? It has has bacon grease in it. lol

No,payday for me after all since work got canceled today, guess I’ll get it next week.

For supper we had roasted pork, baked sweet potatoes and green beans.

We had a mid-day storm and now the sun is shining. Some places in Arkansas got hit by tornadoes.
