Fine, Dale. Thanks. I tend to mess up my schedule on the weekends, so I catch up.
I get up at 4 or even 3 am (Fridays) to get ready for work. I didn't actually get into bed until 7:30 pm though. That's 8.5 hours sleep to get up at 4 am. (catching up due to staying up longer on weekends).
