I slow-cooked a ham (Pulled ham, kinda like BBQ) with seasonings and pineapple. I have cheesy potatoes, cole-slaw, the ham, rolls and desserts. And I've been snacking too much, so not super hungry! lol. Maybe a bit later I'll make a real plate full, but the ham is great that way.

I've been messing with Linux Mint and transitioning off WinDoze, because I'm ticked off about Windows 11 requirements. Long story short, I've had to mess with computer boot problems for a while. I'm back.
I can now boot both Windows and Linux. A good Christmas Present.
DS, GS and I are celebrating Christmas together on Saturday due to GS being at his mom's until late tomorrow. So it's a chill end of week for me. Possible freezing rain tomorrow anyway.

Our Christmas will be Sunday. Daughter and her son will be home later today. SIL is picking them up at the airport around noon. She has an eye appointment this afternoon.
