Anybody watch those 'Real/Untold Stories of the ER' TV shows? A few weeks ago I watched one where a whole family came in with vomiting, dizziness, rapid heart rates. Turned out (supposedly) that when grandma was getting veggies and herbs from the garden for her stew (soup), she accidentally picked some tobacco leaves and put it in the food. Everyone had nicotine poisoning. I've been trying to find any references to this show segment online; but can't - can't even be sure which show it was. : hmmmph : Anyone else see this show?

However, you have to (well, are supposed to) have a license to grow the stuff. Believe it or not. And it's not usually mixed in with the veggies.........

Back when smokes were 3 or 4 per pack....before e-cigs....I was seriously wondering how to grow it. It's a fregg'n legal plant, after all.
Heck...the founding fathers grew it. And cured it.
Watch "The Patriot" sometime.......

IIRC, all the adults eventually recovered on their own; but they had to go through some effort in saving one young boy.
