Rhonda (AB) hasn't been feeling well, the last few days. She thinks she has the flu or a summer cold.
hey tibby and all. Going to swim some laps--a new part of my workout regiment. Swimming 600-700 meters. Will start with the backstroke to ease things in and then switch to the breaststroke to gently massage my way to the all out freestroke for the last half. Have a good one.
i don't know if it was my stomach or the inspiring saga of pepperarobics but i actually got up and made a sandwich.
Adding the swimming to my workout of 1.5 hours in the gym and 4-5 mile run daily, I'm going to need swimming goggles. 600 meters didn't take too long and my cardio held up but the muscles were burning and it felt good.
Hi shoe, long x no see. I saw you were able to make it to vapefest with chris and others--great. One of these years I'm going to make it. I'm always leaving south florida right when vapefest starts.

This year would have been tough to do. I rented a condo for 2 months and the lease ended 5/31. I could have stayed with one of my cousins, but truthfully I was ready to come home to my bed and some normalcy... besides I forgot about it.
