These people take hints very poorly. Friend did get the car done and left shortly after hubby went to bed.

It's entirely possible that work is going to get even busier soon. Maybe not til the first of the year, but possibly before then. I dunno yet if the extra work will come with extra money, or just a bit more job security....

the sounds of chainsaws and large equipment would not be conducive to sleeping, Bear. I hope that you have at least a little eye candy among the people who will take down the tree. (i doubt there would be much eye candy if you break down and have someone change the bowl)

They are here... laying down a ton of plywood for the equipment to drive on. I see a chipper and truck... a lift truck... another empty dump truck... (it's a massive tree)... four, maybe 5 guys... no facial hair yet... and too cold to go shirtless...
