I took the R91 half-way apart, looked at the spare parts bag, and put it all neatly back in the box for now@ stone - i'm gonna take another look at that spare parts bag and see if i've done something wrong! no rush since i'm waiting on the hemp for the vertical coil

Only if there is extra...I actually have some hemp 12 strand that I could pull apart, amongst a collection of other wicking materials so it's not an urgent need. I just wasn't thinking about it until I had the Russian in-hand.yup - but waiting on the hemp to try that. picked up a 5/64 drill bit today to roll that vertical coil - still a work in process, got a long way to go ............. sigh

I bought the sterile cotton balls from CVS...no boiling requiredcatt is our cotton man around here - i don't think you need to boil if sterilized
i don't think there's anything that can make it worse! .
