Okay, I'm really really impressed now
I've watched mozzarella being made, but never done it myself. That's dedicated pizza-making, well it's dedicated if you have one of those coal fired brick ovens that is.
All I have is a pizza stone. But it will do.

Ironically, Pizza (at least in the USA) is about taking something that could be fairly healthy...like bread and tomato sauce and olive oil, and covering it with tons of fat. So I suppose pink salt would fit right in. I could probably make it a gimmick, charge extra, and call it "gourmet".
Ah Crap....i just looked at my calendar. There's a meeting I'm supposed to be at in 20 minutes, and i'm still in my jammies. argh.

and yep..it can be relatively healthy. but it has to have cheese, or what's the point ?
