Been busy in the RW
(On the subject of sammiches; never been to NY (and don't wish to go

) and don't like pastrami

. Always loved roast beef hoagies (subs, submarines, etc) before moving to the SE PA/DE area; down here they don't cook their roast beef very well (mooo!!). I've moved on to ham&cheese for my hoagies; but again, they pile the meat on way too much and hardly any of the other fillings

If I wanted a ham&cheese
sandwich I would order one

; gotta have bunches of lettuce tomato onion etc to be a real hoagie

. It's all worked out in the end over the past 20+ yrs; at least for the critters in my life; they love the 'extra' ham that I've removed from me hoagies.)
