But, I just never think about them being there until a request hits. So if I didn't "friend" you...any of you...please feel free to consider me a friend, friend me, or not, as you see fit.

btw snails, does the state you live in require you pay personal property taxes annually? cuz I just paid those too.

@Mad: Here (and this may vary by location..even within state) we get two bills....but you can skip one and just pay annually (in February).

Made it to work after taking the beasties for boarding and checking on a friend's cat. For some odd reason I'm having a difficult time getting motivated to do any actual work.
I'm debating putting in one more time off request, so that I'm off all of next week, instead of just half of next week. I have the vacay time- i never use it. If i don't use it it rolls into sick time, but they're decreasing the amount you can roll over starting next year i think.
Atty, I never think of friend requests until someone reminds me either. I just assume that the people i talk to regularly are my friends
But it's nice to make it official if it makes Mad feel warm and fuzzy
