stone - it's best to find your way to the invidual's visitor messages - you can post an answer on your wall but chances are slim people will see it there; ay least not till new year's when they might return

Made it to work after taking the beasties for boarding and checking on a friend's cat. For some odd reason I'm having a difficult time getting motivated to do any actual work.
I'm debating putting in one more time off request, so that I'm off all of next week, instead of just half of next week. I have the vacay time- i never use it. If i don't use it it rolls into sick time, but they're decreasing the amount you can roll over starting next year i think.
Atty, I never think of friend requests until someone reminds me either. I just assume that the people i talk to regularly are my friends

He's a good boss (and a friend), never in the lab and i'm lucky if i see him every couple of weeks. And on the rare occasions he tells me to do something i usually do it (especially when it's something i'm planning to do anyway). And yep, i am taking the extra couple of days. I won't be required to be back at my main job until Jan 6th. I'll end up doing a little bit of work at home, but not too much , and I'll still work a few days at my second job. but still. YAY!!
