Hubby got back with the elbow for the pipe. I put that on while he lit the propane heater. Hopefully that will do it.

It snowed
We got about 7 inches, so not too bad all in all. Walking in the slush sucks, but I still think it's better than summer The wind has picked up, but it didn't cut through all of my layers.

I have a remote temp sensor down in the cold corner of the cellar where the pipes come in. Right now it's reading 34 and I'm hoping it can hold at least 32 or close.

I do think we were pretty lucky, Tibs. I don't mind less white stuff on the ground, especially since they either dump it in the river or truck it out to who-knows-where.

I just finished making a homeless kitty shelter for the semi-ferals across the street. Cardboard box in wrapped in layers of plastic with warm fuzzy stuff inside. All 3 or 4 will fit if they choose to. I think each of them probably have shelter somewhere and have done ok in temps down to the high teens. But we're supposed to get into single digits Tuesday and Wednesday night, so i made it just in case, and put it out with a teensy bit of food inside, so they'd have a chance to get used to seeing it.

Stone, they seem to do ok, and are happy with regular breakfasts, but i think they'd prefer a real home.

Oh, we're a teensy bit cold here- but not as bad as some. Other than that it's been good here. How's life for you guys? How's T? What else are ya doing with the house?
We're doing great. The little one just went back to Fl after his vacation here. We've been slacking on the house stuff for a bit, but getting geared up to paint the living room.
T is working ungodly hours, but is starting to push back a little and asking for them to hire more help for her.

The little one is lucky, Florida sounds good right about now. I hope the pushback works and T can get a little more time off.
He barely made it out before the major shut down from the weather. We've been discussing coming your way for a meet if possible. When do you guys have your meets?
