First estimate went quickly! No real $$$ estimate yet... he needs to work up odds and ends (eg: trim, staining) and propose cost for three brands. Never even made it past the CURRENT door and into the kitchen proper.

Another good day so far on the DJIA!!! We're getting close to 14,100... where it was before the crash in Oct08. That will be a GREAT psychological barrier to break!!!
