This is sad. This is a comment Jason (owner of Electronicstix based in Utah) had to say about the proposed Utah law to tax sales both in-state and out-of-state via internet sales.

It would put me under. So Sadly i may have to move our internet sales and our stock warehouse out of state.. which will make things logistically harder for my 3 stores that will remain in utah. I will eventually open a store in idaho as well though if that happens and i am forced to move.. But i am going to do what i have to do to remain legitimate, and keep my 20 employees working and paid. I have had people call me a coward for saying im going to move the warehouse.. But i dont see it that way i see it as im doing what i have to.. to keep doing what i love. This has put my stomach in knots for the past few weeks.. It makes me sick the crap we have had to put up with every year her in Utah.. Maybe its time for me to get the hell out of this crazy mormon state.. seperation of church and state my ...... Well i guess thats enough rambling for now.. talk to ya'll later!

Wow....that's rough. I don't blame him for thinking about moving to some place where he could keep his internet business open.
use bans are being fought in several states- but the internet restriction is a killer.
The Utah bill apparently came up for a vote today...maybe even right now

finally something good happened during our number 1 and number 2 time-out!
that reminded me to check the status of the Alabama clean air act....house version includes e-ciggs, senate version doesn't. No movement.
