The bamboo cutting boards are pretty nice. They seem to hold up well. Course, they don't see all that much use at my house, but even so, they stay nice/clean looking longer than my wooden ones- appear to scar less.

What i'd like to do is enclose my current deck, make it into a greenhouse, and build a new extended deck. If i did that I'd redo the kitchen and and a door directly to the new deck- that's when I'd tile. Probably turn a closet in a different room into a second bathroom while I'm at it. Gonna need to save for another couple of years to be able to do any of it. sigh.

That sounds nice CES. We have a wrap around deck. Starts at the front door onto the porch and runs past the back slider.
20' of it has a roof over it.

It's the easiest passage into Canada. NH (from what I have read) has the least secure border patrol... although I find that difficult to believe. It would seem like the wilds of Montana or North Dakota would be easier to traverse into Canada.
