Zucker = sugar in German as Tibby will soon point out. However, what do you do with a sucker made out of sugar?

What do you put in a small cannister?? I got my SS cannisters off the stairs today,emptied,cleaned and refilled. Flour in the biggest,sugar in the next,tea bags in the next. I've never figured out what I can put in the little one.

Try a spice rub or cinnamon-sugar or some such mixture...something that you would use frequently. Corn Starch for cooking (Usually use that a Tbl spoon or 2 at a time)? Depends on how big it is.

OK... let me try this...

One of the birdbaths is copper. The "patina" has gotten out of control. I want to make it shine like new.

Brasso did not make a dent.
Sparkle did not touch it.

The birdbath just laughed at them.

Any good home-remedy method that YOU HAVE TRIED???

Try toilet bowl cleaner if all else fails Bear. Last resort though. And rinse it real well so you don't kill birds....
Read the label and get the nastiest acidic stuff you can find. And wear gloves. And I'd suggest a clear coat afterward to keep it nice if you can find one that you think is metal and bird friendly...

I'm sure Catt can help with that chemical stuffis....
