Haven't seen Ralph in a few month's, he posted on j0ker's then. I know he has been busy with his girls and his new girlfriend. Wish he would check in though!

I would be a terrible diabetic, or diabetic cook for that matter. I can't stand sugar substitutes.

It really is pretty good! I am surprised! I feel bad eating cake and stuff in front him so I thought I would try it, he likes it.
I don't cook differently, just make sure he eats meat when we have potato's. The doctor says that makes a big difference. And lots of vegies, but that's not hard because he likes them. Me on the other hand........vegies........ewwww!!! And I love my pasta.
It will. I lived on Ramen for more months than I care to remember at one time, but it does get better. {{{Hugs}}}
We're the same way here... pasta, rice, potatoes... my guys will eat veggies occasionally but meat is their big love. Hubby is lucky he's only pre-diabetic, he gets on sugar binges at times. Lemon heads and red hots call his name. lol
Trust me.......I make a terrible diabetic! Hate cooked veggies and not a big fan of fruit. Fried foods are the BEST!

Believe it or not, it was Jeff's doctor that diagnosed him as such. Part of what they call Syndrome X. I've thought for years he was probably hypothyroid and have finally gotten him to look into it. Of course, like his sleep apnea, it's taken more years that it should. *sigh*
