If it's quikrete, it's fine now. The rain won't hurt it. It's even good that it dries slower, I think.

i hope so, atty - my main concern is the rain has no way to run off - remember the brick border left standing in the picture? but it is what it is - got my fingers crossed

Quickrete is a no sand mix in this parts.
