Hello, Tibs, CES, Atty, Frannie, Bear, Mad, Stone, Jerry, Pepper.....

I'm cranky because the fans and dehumidifiers have to stay here for another night. The noise and the dry air are oppressive. Then there strangers traipsing through my house and poking at the walls; insurance adjustors, electricians, plumbers...

Rant over.

Where were we? Spinach pizza? :D

Poor tweety. Must have been some nasty spill!

I had a bit of water at another location that was spilled by someone else in an upstairs bathroom. I ended up having to paint the ceiling below. But it dried out rather quickly and didn't leave any mold that I know of or could find.

In another case, we ripped out the carpet and drywall due to a leak (now fixed) in the foundation wall. Royal PITA.

So getting back on topic...
The only things green in my pizza are green pepper and green olives. Preference for green olives. Even for a "green olive pizza". Yum.

Broccoli and spinach are for side dishes.

Although I'm glad you like it CES

Tell me about it. Yeah, the mold is the greatest danger. That's why they are so .... about drying everything properly.

On the positive side--I'm getting new carpet, new baseboards, lots of fresh paint, new breaker boxes. :) And it's all covered by my homeowners insurance (after the deductible). :D

My glass is half full, right? ;)

How the Hades did you manage to talk the insurance out of new breaker boxes? Wow.

Yep, half full indeed.

I didn't--we lost power due to a short caused by the leak. So they had to install new boxes--apparently they couldn't be fixed or something. The electrician was called and just replaced them. :D They were 20 years old.
