I made it up three levels of supervisors today on the Help Line and then COMPLETELY lost it. It's been a long time I have been THAT angry and THAT loud. I went through two hand-held telephones (batteries went low) and probably most way through a third.

I have somebody at the insurance provider who is willing to do a conference call between her, myself and somebody at the Department of Health. I just want to figure out what the best bet would be. (That offer of help by the provider really helped calm me down.)

Depending on how things go, I may start calling the television stations Friday.

I PAY TAXES and do not see those dollars working for me.
