....so "why" ECf breaks sometimes doesn't matter so much to me. depending on when it happens the result is often that i get productive in the RW, and that's not necessarily a bad thing.

My Dad made a point of showing me how dull his knives are this past week.

So... I got him a set of these... but nowhere NEAR that price!!! OMG. BJs had them for $19.99.

Of course, he's getting a bunch more stuff, including another year of cable.

While we DO have the Komachis (the ENTIRE line) in a drawer, my preference is the Wusthof Classic set that adorns the prep countertop. I do allow husbear to touch them.

i liked the ginsu knife that we had years ago...(I'm a philistine, what can i say)

the komachi knives are nice. the only *good* knife i have is a 5-star henkels.
