it's been happening off and on for me for days ................ sigh
btw update on the rural broadband initiative! after spending more than 18 million bucks the wimax project has been scrapped to due interference with verizon's lte network - but the go-ahead was given to start all over again with different equipment and software
it's beyond comprehension that it took years for anybody to admit that wimax and lte are incompatible ................

yup - 2/3s of the towers in 16 counties had the equipment installed .....................
you can say that again, lol! that's a nice chunk of taxpayers' money - well, not really! guess it just added a tiny drop to the deficit ocean

It's just as likely that they didn't talk to each other, didn't know they both picked the same spectrum, or one (local govt) didn't "follow the rules" and then found out they had to change. Looks like "Big Corp" won out over "Little Government".
