Hope so CES. It didn't last long but it was quite a little storm. We got big thunder boomers,lightning,wind,pouring rain and hail.
Some rain here and there in the forecast and no severe stuff yet. Glad to have some cooler temps.

I'm beginning to wonder about some of these posts..........
Bet there's lawsuits out. Wonder how many people are "fishing".........or if ECF is involved in any of the suits.....Particularly when mods pop in and say "Hey....yeah...."

I put off doing some stuff yesterday because of 80% chance of rain ( not that i really wanted to do anything anyway)....but it does mean that when i get around to it, that we'll get rain on a day that the prediction is for 20% ....
i don't care - rain or no rain, i'm running a month behind as it is. if i wait any longer i won't have a ripe tomato till labor day! 
I have a tomato plant in a pot...it has blossoms. so far so good. somehow the fruit always disappears though. sigh.
I am starting a grass roots movement to banish "thunder storms" from the English language AND weather reports.
The proper term is "lightning storm". One cannot have a "thunder storm" without lightning, so may we please give credit where credit is due... to the lightning.
The same goes for the phrase "thunder and lightning". It shall be "lightning and thunder" from now on.
