If you know of a place I can get one for $50, please let me know. I'm in the market to get one to use as a case for another project. I do have one but it works too well to gut it -- I need another lol.
I was on a vape site yesterday and someone was talking about their Wolf had crapped out and they were just going to get another one. I not sure but I may be able to find out who it was and see if they want to part with the remains. Not promising anything but I will try..........................G

Jesus, I think the Sig is even worse. I guess I need to get a Sig150 and an IPV3Li before they go away.

A note to any mod designers that may be viewing this thread; Not all vapers are blind. With the giant screens, I can't put a decent looking wrap over the fingerprint prone glass. A 50% increase in screen size would be ok, that monstrosity is not... Guess I need to stock up on Snow Wolf guts in case mine ever dies...

I wish Sigelei wasn't getting rid of all their proven mods for these new ones!!

it is really nice. the old one I mean. problem for me is it does not have preheat. that is what gives me the great hit on ni. I really do dig the new one though., why don't you guys like it? display has so much info. these things look like a really high end mod and are built well enough too. I am game for anything with removable 18650's.

whats special about this new inokin?

I would get the whiteout too if I could get it now. I am impatient.

People don't buy mods to look at a bunch of cute visual things on a display. They buy to vape and it must vape well. Too many quirks with the original SW200. But rather than fix them Asmodus felt that adding pretty bells and whistles would be enough. I do like my SW but have zero interest in getting the new ones. Better customer service would have allowed those on the original version to upgrade just the chip to fix stupid things like always having to click a ton of times to vape. Know your customer. And I don't think they did in this case.

Too many quirks? What quirks are you referring too? Just curious is all.

Quirks - using it :) locks after 30 min and you have to click 6 or 7 times to vape. Not difficult but damn annoying. I want to pickup my mod and just use it; handles SS coils poorly, wants to put in temp mode all the time. Would prefer manual option of TC like other devices,, ; no way to freeze ohm resistance for TC; while not a quirk it is big and freakin heavy. Still prefer even my D2 to this but it does still provide a good vape.

Does the V1.5 chip still pulsing when the wattage are set above 150W?
I don't have any experience of the snow wolf, any version, so I'm just guessing. But, pulsing is pretty much the only way you can safely get more than 150w out of two 18650s so I'm guessing the v1.5 (and the 2) will pulse (if the manufacturer wants to make a safe device).

My three-month old SnowWolf V1 has gone slightly wonky. When I put in freshly-charged 18650s, the battery display on the screen reads them as only 3/4 full. I use Samsung 25Rs exclusively and have a reliable charger (an Efest LUC 4-bay, among others). With a VOM, all 20 of my 25Rs read 4.2 volts coming off the charger, and they always show as full on the displays of other mods. With the SnowWolf now, the battery display never shows full. The max it reads is 3/4. Then it goes down from there as I vape.

I never let batteries run down very far, swapping them out to recharge when they're 1/4 to 1/3 down from full. Now, though, I don't swap out the SnowWolf batteries until the display reads 4/5 empty. Even then, when I put them on the LUC charger, they initially read as 3.7-3.9.

So far, vaping performance of the SnowWolf seems unaffected. Only the battery display is odd, which isn't a big deal, just a bit disconcerting.
