I thought a review of some snuff boxes would be nice since they can be a necessity depending on what snuffs are in your collection.

I'll start it out with mine. I have two of the Patrick Collins two sided snuff boxes. One in walnut, and one in oak. They have two separate compartments for carrying two different snuffs. In my walnut box I have Honey Bee and Square. This, I think, is important to know because my main concern was flavors mixing. In the few weeks I have been using this box the flavors have remained separate. The covers are nice and snug, and don't move unless I want them to. The woodwork is top notch, and they are beautiful boxes. They hold enough snuff for a few days, and the snuff doesn't "lose" anything while in there. They are about the size of the Poschl Gawith Apricot tap box, so carrying two in my pocket is not a big deal. I really like these boxes, and would recommend them to anyone who likes a little variety over the course of the day.

I wish they were a little cheaper, but they are worth their price to me. Here is a link: USA Handcrafted Wooden Snuff Boxes

I have a Patrick Collins Three Way box, it holds a lot of snuff, you can slide the lid open and it is easy to pinch, you can slide the end open one way and it is easy to pour some snuff on the back of the hand or you can slide the end the other way and there is a tiny spoon that you can use if you like.

It is very well made and I only have a couple of cons on it, some snuffs tend to dry it out and the lid becomes loose, and the interior of the snuff box obsorbs some scents which is a problem for me as I change snuff more often than underwear.

I also have the Patrick Collins TripleTech snuffbox, and I love it. So far, I've pretty much kept it full of HoneyBee all the time. HoneyBee can't get much more dry, so I haven't noticed any drying out. So far no problems with the lid getting loose, but I've only been using it for about two months.

Walmart sells some small hard plastic screw top containers that are the size of a smash box in their travel toiletries department. I got two for 97 cents. Not bad for transferring snuffs into better containers, but I don't know if I would carry one with me. One of them held a small tin of DS bezoar. And they are big enough to pinch from.

In my opinion, the pill bottles of DB's might be a better option. The threads on these little plastic containers don't catch easily, and I wouldn't trust them for carrying around.

All though I have a Patrick Collins Triple Tech box I am using a pill box I got off of ebay. It is metal so they smell of the snuff does not stick and it works very nicely for pinching.

Once I get half a minute I will post a picture of it, it was advertised as a snuff/pill box so I am not certain what it was orginally intended for.
