wow...thanks twisted victor and caesarea... I am stariting to feel like im finally getting somwhere!
i checked out getsnus.com and swedish-snus.com - do both carry swedish snus?
Is there a particular store anyone recomends?
I like mint anyone have any suggestions on which I should order and from whom?
I want to start feeling like a human again,,,,, "the brain is not available at this time, call back later" - ha!

getsnus.com ships from PA and has very good prices/fast shipping. Most are Swedish and if you like peppermint the General Mini Mints should be to your liking. They have a deal where you can get a free mixed sampler for $1.00 shipping that includes the Mini Mints.

Introductory Offer - GetSnus.com

Only a buck to see if it straightens you out ;).

By all means, jojo. Not only do we want to know how things go, don't hesitate to ask questions. We've all been there and I can say I was a case, hesitant, guessing and second-guessing if I should lay out any more moola to make myself believe I could stay off smokes. I really is the best purchase I made. The relaxing calm, the mental focus are all included. And even better, with over 250 years of use, the studies to attest to its lack of harm are there :).

How does one find "What's under your lip/in your nose right now?" quickly?
( promise not to laugh? )
I need basic "how to use this forum" rules..... feel like a little kid learning how to play uno. - bet my 7 year old knows more about computers than I do.
But, now that I dont' go outside to smoke anymore, I seem to have all of this free time to ramble on.......

jojo, I am a little late in chiming in on this thread but I can tell you that snus has made a huge difference for me. After a few months of vaping, I was able to quit cigarettes completely for about two months. However, I never felt satisfied even after long periods of chain vaping 24-36mg liquids. I also felt depression kicking in on me which from what I understand is not that uncommon when quitting smoking. I couldn't take it any more and started smoking a few cigarettes a day again and knew where it was going to lead. I put out a cry for help on the forum and was lucky enough that TV,OTD,TB, Stubby and a few others saw the thread and offered help. I am thankful for that. The first snus I tried kicked in after about fifteen minutes and I started to feel like my old self again. I only use about 2-4 portions a day and it makes all the difference in the world for me. Some people are able to quit smoking with the use of e-cigs only but unfortunately I was not one of them but have found a happy medium with the use of snus. Good luck to you and don't be shy about popping in over in the smokeless tobacco section.

Hi Jojo, Well, I don't know if I'll get you lost, since I'm so bad with directions:D

When you load the Forum page/come down about 1/4 way and see the section in Blue called "Health and Medical Issues", then look 3rd section underneath and you'll see "Smokeless Tobacco"...that's us! (if you start to see the Buying & Selling and individual Suppliers, you went too far, turn around and come back up the page a little)

or this will immediately link you there:
Smokeless tobacco - E-Cigarette Forum from here you can see all the threads in Smokeless section, including the one you're looking for.

I know... I had a heck of time finding it. The whole forum is loaded with so
    much.:)

As far as vaping goes, I gave up on standard batteries about a month into vaping. I made my first nicostick and then bought some different mods. If you are going to continue to vape then I would recommend getting something that uses standard rechargeable lithium batteries that are cheaper and last much longer. You can get adapters to fit most popular models out there. As far as snus, it's not the best but you could pick up a can of camel snus to try until you get your order. I first tried the camel frost before placing my first order with getsnus. It doesn't seem to have as much nicotine as some of the swedish ones but could help you get by until your order arrives.
This thread is in the smokeless section of the forum. You could just go to the top of the page and click on smokeless tobacco. Once there just click favorites and then add to favorites and then you will have a link under favorites to the smokeless forum which will list the current threads available. The one I gave you the link for is almost always near the top of the list.

jojo, when I mentioned using something that uses rechargeable lithium batteries, I meant something that uses like a 14500,16340,or 18650 battery. These batteries are 900-3000mah and will outlast several of the standard batteries like you are using. You need a mod to fit them or make one yourself. There is a sticky in the battery mod section that shows how to make a nicostick or you could just buy a mod from a vendor or the classifieds section. Alot of the batteries I mentioned can be bought for 3-7 dollars each and will last alot longer. You may not need a mod though if the snus satisfies your cravings then you might find that you are vaping less like many of as have. I still like having a big battery mod though.
