Sorry to vent here, I made my purchase on friday, with next day shipping, so i paid close to 50 dollars to have my package here already.
Its been 3 days and my order hasent even been processed from happy vapor.

My 2 other orders i have made from different american companies have been processed and shipped.

can anyone vouch on HV? and in my opinion if you offer overnight shipping, dont close your online store for the weekend without posting hours.

I know nothing of them but just wanted to say don't do it!! Do you have anything you can vape till Mon.? Even if it's not so good. I don't know how long you've been vaping but you may have remorse & guilt after. I did.

Unbelievable ! Why do some of these suppliers offer and charge for over night? They never come through so avoid the bs and dont even offer it. Its like me having to pay 7 bucks shipping for a 6 dollar order. I can send the same exact package for 2.35. Cmon suppliers

that's why unless i'm desperate, i won't order from suppliers that only offer priority shipping, unless it's a really heavy order where priority is more cost efficient for them to ship because of the weight.

most times priority mail is SLOWER than first class, probably b/c everyone is shipping that way (tv commercial encouragement)

i agree warlike, priority for a $6. order? not a chance.

oh and the suppliers that charge for priority, but then don't mail them out for 3+ days? i avoid them like the plaque.

i would demand a refund from TV for your overnight shipping. dispute it with your credit card if you need to get it done.

It wasnt TV,It was a very popular sight tho. My first order from there cuz wife just had to have some of there WOW cartos. I just dont understand why they have to make money on shipping? There already makin it on the product with 100% mark-up. Im not stupid. Anyone can research and see what there payin,which is fine...... really...... I get that......... BUT SHIPPING

I ordered a kit and vape from cleansafesmoke.. took 14 days.. they charged me 6.99 and the shipping came to 2.83 on the used crappy envelope not very good service ..I called them emailed them never recieved one answer.. that was for days and days before i got my package and they are in the united states in Florida. Most of the people who have been here a while talk pretty fondly of Happy Vapor

Don't let that discourage you though. There are plenty of good ones who give excellant customer service & fast shipping. My Vapor Store, E Cig Supply, Value Vapor, ECSI.Inc just to name the ones that have always been good to me. If I had had a bad experience right out of the gate, I don't know if I would have stuck with it. I purchased 1 of my first kits @ a store locally I could just walk into for fear of what happened to you.

Just because a supplier's website doesn't say shipped doesn't mean it isn't.

Ordering on Friday with overnight shipping means your package will arrive Monday not Saturday. Unless you are in New Zealand, I doubt it is Monday where you are at.

Perhaps cutting the supplier some slack until your package actually doesn't arrive would be appropriate.

your credit card company or paypal is your best ally in these situations. seriously, read the back of your CC statement. there will be a phone # to contact them, or you can login to your bank account online and dispute the charges most times with a click of a link. it's painless and really the only way to get online sellers to cut the crap when they think their customers are desperate for their products.

i have no pity for the ones that want to make a quick buck with false or incomplete advertising. Not saying HV is one. You may get it monday. I mentioned to a friend over the phone about your post and he asked 'did it say next day shipping or next day Delivery?". Have to watch out for the way these guys word their 'such a deal' marketing. the amount extra you paid above regular shipping should tell you which it was.

if you paid a high dollar amount for next day delivery, then I'd contact the vendor first for quick restitution (like 24hrs) to your CC (or paypal) and if no response, I'd be on the horn with my CC. there is no reason to give anyone that doesn't respond in a timely matter, the benefit of doubt.

If you are just starting out with e-cigs, and nothing has arrived yet, go outside and smoke. Don't let the stress of nothing to vape get to you. Smoking ain't good, but if you let things get to you and stress you out then you are asking for failure. Until you find your own "sweet spot" (and it's not 5 volts btw) shipment delays, part failures, running out of juice will hurt your chances of getting off tobacco.
Go outside and smoke a ciggy.
Your stuff will come in, you will buy more, some good experiences in your future - some not so good.

It's the long run you are looking for.

In my experience any good online suppliers update there website within 12 hours of receiving payment. So i guess im an idiot for assuming Next morning meant next morning. Amazing how canada post is still around when competing with UPS, FEDEX and DHL who DO offer next day shipping for a premium charge of course, Regardless of a saturday or sunday, thats just my 2c

there seems to be alot of people getting onboard on the selling of personal vapor stuff.. i would put a small advertisment in a local paper saying you can get stuff others cant get.. and see what kinda response you get skinny! you never know you might be lucky and get a ton of interest

Hi Efelony, fellow Canuck here. I've ordered many times from Happy Vaper and have been totally satisfied with the service. I choose normal shipping and my package usually arrives by the 4th business day. I notice you chose "priority courier" and I see that this Canada Post service offers "next business day delivery". Looks like your order should be at your door tomorrow (Monday, the next business day).

I'm sure you'll enjoy the products you've ordered.
