ok.. back and on a real keyboard that I don't have to work too hard to type with.
Here's what I was thinking re: the tobacco soak.
One could take about 20% of a Natural American Spirit analog (or ~200 mg) of tobacco and add around 0.5 mL of 24 mg/mL nic/PG liquid. Perhaps a packet could be created by using PTB material to wrap it up. This would produce the "missile".
In my WTA extraction, I really like NAS. It's not only additive free, but it appears to have a strong alkaloid percentage around 2%. At 2% alkaloids, 200 mg of NAS could give as much as 4 mg of total alkaloids. In 0.5 mL, this 4 mg would be at a concentration of 8 mg/mL. This is a bit more than 25% of the WTA concentration I mixed at 30 mg. Combined with the 24 mg/mL of nicotine from the e-liquid, this might provide nicotine as high as 32 mg/mL. The other alkaloids would be present at up to a quarter of the 30 mg WTA concentration. So this might be able to produce a liquid at pretty robust nicotine strength (via the boost from the 24 mg nic liquid) at a concentration of other alkaloids perhaps as high as a quarter of the WTA concentration I tested with for the hard core miscreants like TV...
Might not sound like much at 25% or less, but it could give perhaps a noticeable improvement over time to those missing it.
The trick here might be to find a wicked powerful tobacco to maximize the return.
