This is how vaping should be. 3.7 is so good I'm not even excited about the forthcoming arrival of my LiFePO4 CR2's. The design is simple and elegant with no silly LED. The button is fine quality and feels great to the touch. Not having to change batteries for hours will take some getting used to. If I could have one wish, it would be about 2 cm smaller so it could be fully palmed. Other than that, it's fargin awesome!!!

P.S. I'm looking forward to the pass-thru (as soon as I can afford it)

I think the rim should be higher than the switch so I could put it in my pocket.:p

Over all tho it's a nice PV. I bought two CR2s tried it out for 15mins, and then took those batteries back.

In my defence the package was already open when I bought it......still 15 dollars for two non recharable batteries lol......

I could do that, then it would be the same diameter as the SB.... or at least close. Any deeper and it would have no ledge to sit on :p

I personally LOVE IT, so much I want to get another in krinkle (I mistakenly ordered smooth).
Funny/Stupid side story: I was at an hour long staff meeting today with my BB in the breast pocket of my jacket which I took off while seated & laid it behind me. When the meeting was over I put on my jacket & noticed a funny smell. After a wee bit I realized it was me8-o. I then realized I had been sitting on the button of the BB! The pocket was warm & nothing sketchy happened (luckily). Melted the 510 cart & the atty smells so burnt I might as well retire it. Similar stories are tremendously common with just about every different type of mod with exception to the SB however, due to the recessed button & this is mine :(.
At least I'm certain it'll never happen again as I'll be a lot more careful in the future. It was purely my own fault/stupidity & at least I know an absolute last resort to keep warm this winter, LOL. That said, I do feel 100% comfortable keeping it in my pants pocket for sure (& with no risk for roasting (chest)nuts), just must have tripped the random 1 in a mill' odds during my meeting. Its okay, for some reason much of my daily life tends to resemble an episode of Seinfeld anyway, so I'm somewhat surprised how mildly I got off without a spectacle.
-Fear not everyone, I assure you, it would really only ever happen to me.:D-

The switch is smooth, however, you really do have to push it ALL the way down(with a small bit of umph) to get it to fire
Can other users confirm that this is the usual BB behavior? I noticed the same thing on my BB, but it's very annoying and almost seems like a faulty switch.

If I press the button too soft there is almost no vapour production, so I have to press it hard and it doesn't feel very comfortable that I always have to pay attention to the strength of my button presses. It makes my brain think, that it has to press very hard to get full vapour production and maximum flash. And every time the vapour production is not good, I am asking myself if I didn't press hard enough.

I really like the big switch, the size and the 14500 batteries, but because of this annoying behavior I'm thinking about selling the BB and continuing to use my Chameleon.

It does sound like a funky switch. Be sure to contact Toby.

I recieved my BB yesterday, and I love it. Vapes great. Very nice build quality.

I know its a nono...but I like high voltage, so I decided to vape at 6volts with some cr2s. I know the device isnt designed for that, but it was hard to pass up! =)

Anyways, I'm pretty sure I'll pick another one up and I'm hoping someone starts producing good lifepo4 cr2s or protected ones again. Those excell ones arent my cup of tea...the mah rating is a joke and I just cant justify them. I would almost rather go unprotected instead of them. Maybe with demand someone will once again produce a protected cr2 with a 600-900mah rating.

Thanks...

Mine started out that way (had to press hard), but it has loosened up now. I guess it just needed to "break in".

Rookie user and my thoughts.

Purchased a SB 1/10/10 and a BB 1/17/10 vape'n for about 1.5 months

I can only tell you why I purchased these units. My 1st purchase was a LS 510 this is a fake joye 510 but cheaper { I reaped my rewards}... button sticks and burns up atty's {very mad} on the shelf now.

Read up on SB....things I liked
1) scalloped button almost impossible misfire
2) simple design
3) long life battery and the 3.7 was a plus
4) very attractive no LED's needed !!!
Bought the BB for my wife just based on the SOLID design of the SB
1) small light weight
2) simple design
3) battery life & again 3.7volt
and the only thing missing was that lil extra SnAp !!! SHINEY :(
Now put the 2 together and what do you get.
Small lightweight / bIg volts & battery life / scalloped rock solid button like the SB / ClAsSy LoOK yup SHINEY!
I'm out here trying to rope in that UNICORN anybody want to help, Ive had it cornered a couple of times but....
I'm a very proud owner and a big thanks to all @ ALTSMOKE !
Reviews are on the way ...but I think you are getting how I feel.

Yes, it's a nono and I don't blame Rob and Chad for not recommending it, but I've been using my BB with unprotected cr2s for months with no issues. Just have to pay attention to what you're doing. I always take the atty off before leaving it or pocketing it and never charge the batts unattended. [knocks on fake wood]
