New member here, and new to ecigs entirely. I placed an order for a certain manufacturer's starter kit last week, but quickly canceled it when i came across Smokeless Image Volts (much better buy IMO). I got the Pro Starter Kit, added some colored end caps (chose the pastel colors on accident, my fault lol) and an extra USB charger, opted for the smooth sampler 18mg to test their tobacco flavors, and also added a blank cartridge pack as i've already ordered some other liquid from a seperate vendor that was thought very highly of. I've been so anxious to try ecigs and get away from analogs, so i opted for Priority Mail to get my order midweek (overnight shipping is pretty high). Order arrived today, and i had other people from my office come in to see what i'd been raving about all week. Go figure, i got everything i ordered EXCEPT the prefilled sample cartos! 
Now i have 2 batteries, a pretty nifty Mega PCC, end caps, blank cartos, and nothing to actually "vape". I contacted CS and they've rushed me out a sample pack, but they didn't overnight it, they simply expedited it to Priority Mail to match my shipping selection originally. Now i'll have waited 6 days total to try vaping, though i paid for 3 day max shipping. Thinking of calling back and at least asking for account credit for the shipping charge or something.
Anywho, i just needed to vent. I'm new here, and wasn't able to post in the SI forum, so i posted here. I understand mistakes are made from time to time, and they had no problem verifying that my order was sent incomplete and were happy to send it out Priority Mail. Still looking forward to doing business with them in the future, and hope to get my wife to open up to ecigs as well via SI, but like i said, i just needed to vent about it. Hopefully the liquid from the other vendor will show up tomorrow and i'll be able to try their tobacco and appletini in my blanks
