I ordered from V4L for about the 4th or 5th time around 2 weeks ago. I've never had any complaints, or any problems before. This is the first time I ordered from them in a good 6 months. First off the battery's I got from them are so inconsistent. One of the (XL auto) won't stay charged. It drains even when I'm not using it. Last night I charged it fully before I went to bed, and unplugged it. And this morning when I woke up it was completely dead. And the other one (Extra small? auto) turns on my itself all the time. I'll have it in my pocket and I feel it getting really hot, so I pull it out, and the light is on, and I can here the cartomizer going off. And lastly the Cartomizers are so inconsistent. Most of them already taste burnt out. While some of them in the same pack don't. And I don't want to hear "It's your taste buds", no they straight up taste like garbage. I'm really mad I spend over a hundred dollars to get this quality of products. I think this will be the last time I ever buy from V4L again. I'd rather smoke cigarettes then to spend all that money on faulty products.

compared to other companies, returning things with V4L is a walk in the park. Sorry that you got some bad autos and cartos. Ive had that happen too. but Ive always had a good experience when returning defective stuff. Aside from a few days for the transaction, you dont have much to lose by filling out a support ticket. actually I bet you'll see one of the crew pop in here to offer their services.

I didn't tell them. What am I supposed to do? Send everything back? It seems like more trouble then what it's worth.
If I spent a hundred bucks w/ V4L (and I do), I would contact CS and let them help you figure it out. They have been a stellar company for thousands... I may be replying prematurly, havent reading the entire thread, but I have always been satisfied in the end. Problems are meant to be solved. I hope you will get things worked out. No other 808 company delivers what V4L does!

It's not more trouble than it's worth. Open a ticket, they will likely send you a replacement w/ a return envelope and in about 2-3 days you'll have a replacement.

Life isn't perfect. Products aren't always perfect. V4L probably sells thousands of pieces of equipment on a weekly basis. A few of those products are just going to be defective. It's just how things are.

Give them the chance to make it right. Anytime I've had the slightest issue from this company, I get a real person on the phone or on chat. They make it right immediately with no arguing about it. Problems are going to arise with any product or company you deal with, it's how the company deals with those problems that sets the good companies apart from the rest.
