Hi everyone,

Ok so I got a box of phoenix cartos from GotVapes and I loved them. Yes, I said loved, meaning I don't love them anymore!!! So yesterday I was feeling spry and I decided to clean the 4 out of 5 that I have used.... Thats when everything went south! I watched then videos on GotVapes and followed the cleaning of the to the T!!! So I tried refilling one of them and it worked beautifully the first time. Then on the 2nd refill I refilled it upside down like I was supposed to and for some reason I had a leak somewhere around the fill hole. No big deal I wiped it up and continued on my merry way. Well the vapor production I was getting out of it was less than satisfying, a very whiny airy draw. So I thought maybe it was the one carto that was whiny the first time I filled it, maybe I just got a bad carto. Again, no big deal. I grabbed another one and took the juice out of the carto that wasnt performin well and put it in the other one. I then left the carto right side up, went and ate dinner and when I came back in, ALL of my juice was on the napkin I had below the carto!!! Which was my favorite juice and now I don't have any left. But, like the saying says, when it rains it pours, right?! Any suggestions would REALLY be appreciated!! Sorry this was kind of a long post.

but if you put back that inner plug =upside down that will happen
one side is FLAT AND THE OTHER SIDE LOOKS LIKE A SOUP BOWL
, YOU WANT THE SIDE THAT DIPS TO FACE UPWARDS.

ALMOST ALL LEAKING ISSUES ARE DO TO USER ERROR BY not filling them properly or after cleaning them not putting them back together properly and many people have put the inner plug in backwards which will not seal the vacuum in the tube. and the other cause could be that when you put the syringe into the inner plug, if you do it wrong you will bore out a hole instead of punching through it, this can eventually create a leak of the vacuum, iwe have inner plus for all phoenixs coming so you can ask for them in your next order

now there is always going to be a off one here n there but to have a whole pack almost do the same thing tells me it could be the inner plug or the way your filling it, make sure there is no bubbles in your syringe, you dont want to shoot air into the carto,. Where are you filling it to, try one all the way filled upside down, then fill one upside down as well but stop at the wicks so there is some air inside

I put the seals in upside down the first time....and they will leak like crazy this way. It is easy to do...we are more used to seeing the flat caps on the top of cartos. It's gotta be something like this if all of them suddenly don't work. When I clean stuff, I always make sure I keep one assembled one available in case I don't remember how stuff goes back together....helps with my senior moments.

I clean mine after 2-3 refills or whenever the vapor production has decreased. This will depend on the type of juice you are using. Sweeter juices tend to gunk up the coil faster. Those needles look to be thicker than the ones that come with the Phx. I remember Chris saying in his video not to stick the needle too far into the tube when filling and have been following his instructions. Since each box of Phx come with 2 needles I use one of the needles to pry off the gasket when cleaning and other for filling. IF any of your gaskets have needle holes where the flap no longer closes the needle hole you need to toss those gaskets. I think I read somewhere where Chris will be getting some extra gaskets with the next shipment of Phx so don't toss any of your PHx. I plan on buying some of those extra gasket seals as these Phx coils seem to last a very long time.

For juices that are 40%-45% VG seem to work the best for me with the PHx. When I put a new one into rotation I always remove the tube and inspect the coil. If the coil is too low I try to gently raise it. I then put it back together and fill and vape. If its not wicking like it should I remove the juice and take apart and trim the wicks like Lord Davon showed in his video. Many of the PHx I have used wick perfectly and require no wick trimming. I always used the mouth piece that comes with the Phx. The Phx is by far the best non-filler carto I have ever used.

LMAO - Ok, now this is just getting comical, now im not getting good vapor and when I inhale its gurgly.... Suggestions? Lol

Kaleb, sounds like the top seal did not get pushed down far enough or the center stem didn't go all the way down on coil. You might check those things and see. I have phoenix also and have not had a problem that I didn't create! lol. Hope that helps!

the gurgly and no good vapor sounds like possibly the wicks may not be lined up properly when you refit the inner tube.
I tend to use clearer juices and I have not bothered to clean most of them in over a month and none of the 9 that I am using has had any problems and that's with dozens of fillings. so my advice would be to only clean them when absolutely necessary.
