Sounds like either your seal isn't down tight enough or the needle hole flap is not sealing the fill hole. If you don't want to fiddle set the one that is flooding aside and use another one or wait until Chris gets the extra seals from the factory which I would guess are coming with the next shipment that is due soon.

The other possibility is that you over filled it a bit. Hold it up side down and blow through the battery connector end. Keep doing this until no more juice comes out the mouth piece end.

Oh I get the gurgle and lack of vapor of I fill it a little shoddily. I usually just vape through it. You might notice it leaking when it does this and it might spit at you. Just a little flooding. It's usually when I fill it close to the top or have a few too many air bubbles in the syringe. My husband thought he'd broken one of his due to that, but I got it working in pretty short order. You can also suck the juice back out, take the top seal out, put it back in and refill it.
