I love temp control but am still undecided on the istick temp control. It just seems inconsistent, it holds temp but it seems like sometimes when it reads 500 it is holding at about 420 and without changing anything I'll pick it up later and it will suddenly need to be set at like 550 to hold 420. My other temp control mods are set it and forget it, I find the temp I like and don't touch it. With the istick I am constantly changing the temperature to find the sweet spot again.
Joytech temp control. Thats how it goes.
Are you locking he resistance? If no wait twenty mins after sleep then lock it in. Typically with the way the joytech stuff works even on a room temp atty it wont set properly and it needs to fire then come doen on the device.
Im speaking of how it works on the evic which id gess is extremely similar to the istick. The low vapor is a complaint on the evic too. Its not good until you crank it. then it settles in
If you are locking it. Probably not locking it at the right time. Itsndifficult to explain the inconsistenxy but youll get it.
Im sire he lack of power was also a sacrifice for size. However i dont set my evic above 40 watts typocally and it can cloud
Ive had the best experiences building toward the bittom end on the evic. Rather than in the .15 range more to the .p7 range. Maybe give that a shot.
The way joytech works i cant imagine they did much to change the kverall calculstions between the evic and istick
