Hey all, Red Blu here.

Been smoking since I was 15. Got really bad through college and then through work. I was a closet smoker and would only smoke away from home. Even with the limited time, I managed to smoke a pack in a 12 hour shift. I tried quitting before, and with my trusty e-cig almost saw it through. I had a solid month without a single analog. Then while at a party, I had lost my Davide... and went right back to analogs. And so here I am again, to deal with this once and forever! Again with a new Davide and a passthrough battery (1100ma) I think I can make it. So here is to all of you and what you do!

Thanks all! I know I should have done it sooner, but I just never thought I was ready, and in the recent weeks, analogs just kept getting worse and worse, till one morning after a pub run, I woke up and my lungs felt like death...

I wish I had a vape store near me. I got all my gear off of Canadavapes! I did get 2 different flavors. Blemont (the brand I normally smoked) and coffee.. because I'm a coffee nut!

Congrats! You can do it just set yourself up for success! Make sure you get a backup my friend. Oh & grab some higher nic juice just for those nights you're out having drinks. I overheard one of the reps at my local vape shop giving a guy some advice because what goes better with drinks than anything else...yep a cigarette...the key is higher nic. Atleast 2 steps up. The guy was vaping 18mg & he advised that he get a small bottle of 36.

Happy vaping:toast:

Today ends day 2 of analog free .. it's interesting how fast you can seem to adjust, eh? I did have one analog on Sunday (bad stressor day) and it seemed weird. I'd not had one the day before, but once I lit it, I could taste all that crap that I hadn't been able to before. I'm rather enjoying just tasting the juice (mint.. yum!) and not all the 4000 random chemicals! Good luck to you! :D

You'll be amazed at how simple that little phrase is but how powerful it can be when you feel like giving in.

Hello, Welcome, and Congrats on quitting the cigarettes. Switching to vaping is probably one of the easiest forms of getting off the smokes I've ever tried. You can do it. I smoked 1& 1/2 packs per day for 33yrs and quit, tomorrow will be 1yr since my last cigarette. I know it can be done, just hang in there. Up your nicotine when times get tough and vape vape vape through the cravings they will go away. Good luck and Happy vaping :vapor:
