So, I smoked a cigar - do I have to reset my counter?

I like Tab's answer and I think Henry Etta put it well too. A counter is for you and if it feels right to you, then it's right. For me I probably wouldn't reset my clock if I smoked a cigarette, a cigar, or anything else. However, if I fell back into smoking on any regular basis then yeah it wouldn't make sense (to me) to keep counting. I don't smoke that cigarette because I can't - not because of a counter.
