So... I want to get a box mod...

I told the hubs that I want a box mod for my birthday but I don't know where to start or what I'm really looking at lol.

I saw the VMOD and thought it was cute and liked that it has options to change out the color. Then I saw the Boge Revolution v2 and like the fact that it is cheaper and has a longer battery life and built in battery so you just plug in to charge. I've looked at the Gripper a little, but haven't read too much about it yet. While I would REALLY like some of the awesome handmade box mods out there... My budget is only about $100-150USD....

Anyone have suggestions for a box mod newbie? Are there any other ones out there that have girly color options? I keep putting them in the cart to purchase but I just cant pull the trigger... I guess I'm a little scared to buy and then like two days later discover an even better box mod out there.... So I have come to ask the APV users for your expert opinions.

BTW this will be the first APV for me, I only have SI volts and X2's and a 900mah eGo.... So I don't want anything too complicated starting out.

vmod if your on a budget, reosmod is the market leader out there, some atties for rotation and all you need is juice

For that budget, head over to vapecore.com and see if Shan has anything avail. If not, you can email her and see if she can put you in line.
The mods are 3xAA box mods using two 18650 batteries, variable voltage from too low to fire to too high to vape. (Generally 2.75 - 8.0) i have one, and although i need to send it in for repair (a lifetime warranty is included so long as you didn't do something really stupid, or at least it was when i bought), it was the best device i've owned, thus far, hands down.
It's a little big, so for some smaller, more feminine hands, they may seem big, but Shan doesnt have very big hands herself, so search "vapecore" on youtube and you'll find many videos featuring the mods.

The only drawback is the wait time. I dont know what her list is like, but if she doesnt have any on the site, you may want to email and ask.
