I'm now starting my own work out where while at work I walk up a long flight of stairs 45 degree angle about 5 times up and then down then I stretch after each cycle of this I do this twice a shift and am working on 3 times a shift at 6-7 times up and down, and I've noticed my legs can burn which is good, but I'm NOT out of breath, woohoo!
analogs suck, they take away so much from a person. its crazy to take a step back and examine how they effected me. its been about a month for me and i feel 100% better and i started working out and am getting into shape for the first time in my life!
I finally pulled my head out of the sand and stepped on the scale yesterday. Once I regained consciousness, I decided that today I am cleaning out the kitchen of all the junk and restocking with good foods, tomorrow I am starting diet and exercise program. I got the Insanity workouts, so if I suddenly disappear you know the exercise program killed me. (although it is not my lungs that I am worried about thanks to vaping ) In lieu of flowers please donate to CASAA in my memory.
Great for you on the legs giving out! LOL I'll see if there's any improvement next time I have to lug an oxygen tank and a defib up a steep driveway or a few flights of stairs.
I'm on month five after FIFTEEN YEARS on analogs. My tastebuds are sharper than I ever remember them being, and I am totally astounded by the lung's phenomenal rate of recovery.
