Love it.

I'm now starting my own work out where while at work I walk up a long flight of stairs 45 degree angle about 5 times up and then down then I stretch after each cycle of this I do this twice a shift and am working on 3 times a shift at 6-7 times up and down, and I've noticed my legs can burn which is good, but I'm NOT out of breath, woohoo!

I finally pulled my head out of the sand and stepped on the scale yesterday. Once I regained consciousness, I decided that today I am cleaning out the kitchen of all the junk and restocking with good foods, tomorrow I am starting diet and exercise program. I got the Insanity workouts, so if I suddenly disappear you know the exercise program killed me. (although it is not my lungs that I am worried about thanks to vaping :D ) In lieu of flowers please donate to CASAA in my memory. :p
