i went to the b&m close to work on my lunch since i was in need of more e-liquid. i sit down and tell the guy i like more fruit flavored juices so he recommends some of the new stuff they got. i try a few and decide on blueprints park ave which is a strawberry lemonade. now mind you while im tasting these they have them filled in carto tanks. i try it and its delicious! so i purchase a 6mg bottle and back to work i go. i get to work and fill my kfl up about half way and then vape it. now its WAAAAY to over powering!! its really REALLY lemony to the point where i dont even want to vape it. Sorry i just wanted to vent...im a little upset. it tasted so good in the carto tank but now im my kfl i cant stand it. has this happened to anyone else? and do you guys have any recomendations for me so this doesnt happen again? i dont want to be blowing money on liquids. and lastly...anybody wanna buy the rest of my bottle? lol

steep it! let it sit on it's own for a few days (generally somewhere comfortably warm like on top of your cable box) and shake it any time you walk by!

what are you vaping it in? cartos will produce a diff flavor as compared to a clearo.

And I don't think steeping is going to help, unless it really fresh. But, IME, most off-the-shelf juices are steeped already.


My suggestion, cut it with a similar flavor. Or, just use some VG to mute the flavor a bit.

steep it! let it sit on it's own for a few days (generally somewhere comfortably warm like on top of your cable box) and shake it any time you walk by!

will steeping it tone the flavor down a bit? i was under the impression it would make it bolder

adding a similar flavor could possibly work. i guess ill have to hunt for something close to it.

CVS or Wal-Mart. In CVS, it should be in the skincare section, in a clear bottle, called Pure Glycerin (USP Grade).

I just got my kayfun lite plus this week and I had to dilute my juice, because they were all too strong and sweet. The juice tasted fine before. I guess the JFL is just getting so much more juice to the coil and into the vapor, that the flavour is just too much.

Yeah, makes sense.

Another thing that might make a difference is that a tasting bar has everything sitting out all day in a tank, usually in the light, where flavor gets diminished somewhat. You could try replicating that at home to see if it doesn't make a difference in your juice flavor.

ill try that. i have it sitting out in my car right now since im at work. but im gonna leave it out and as someone suggested let it steep and see how that goes.

I ran into kinda the same, kinda different, situation. Got some juice at B&M, tasted in clearo, put it in a 2 ohm carto, and holy wow that stuff is strong. Wayyy to strong to vape for me. I may try diluting it with VG to tone it down.

I bought some juice at a local B&M a couple weeks ago, it tasted great in a stardust tank but I got it home put it in a PT and I can't stand it! It's awful! I guess I can put it in a stardust tank...

I use a dripper and I add a little VG to my mix one to tone it down also the juice I have is 18-24 mg and it will do a number on you if your not careful.

In my limited experience, I've enjoyed the fact that a tasting bar was a bit muted. I could get the overall sense of the flavor but knew it would be bolder and more pronounced when I put it in my own gear.

I've had this issue since I got an RDA and this was my solution. I got a couple oz bottle of VG at CVS for a few $.
