After having an issue with one of my batteries I emailed Halo to see if they had any suggestions on what the problem could be. Not only did Vaper Val respond very quickly. (despite them being out of commission from Super Storm Sandy) She offered me TONS of solutions to my problem and a discount on my next order with them! So happy they were my first choice! Their CS can not be beat!
