Both propylene glycol and vegetable glycerine are flammable. Glycol being the most flammable.
You are correct, both are flammable, however most flavorings used to make eliquids contain ethyl alcohol which has a much lower flash point, and auto-ignition point than either PG or VG.

Alcohol has to have a concentration minimum to be flammable (~50%) while in solution unless you ignite the fumes with direct flame. But, to be perfectly fair, it's probably the fact that almost all the ingredients in e-juice are flammable that causes this phenomenon.

Ok I'll agree with you, it probably is due to the combination of flammable ingredients.

I was messing with my smoktech dripper RDA and doing a bit of dry burn when it caught on fire. It was a blue flame and I was able to just blow it out but I didnt think the silica wicks that come prebuilt in these should catch on fire. Thoughts?

Gotta rinse it first, then dry burn.
