That I will buy a provari. I don't have a good reason or a need, I just figure that I should have one.

I know that I want a v2 black with a blue screen, so that is covered. Now the question...mini or regular?

I have batteries for either, I also have devices that use any of the three batteries possible. It's primarily going to be used at home...is there any particular reason I should not just get the regular?

Deep serious question

edit: Just before any suggestions, the pricing isn't an issue so I will be buying new, so what's in the classies isn't a consideration for me.

I just bought another black Provari (full size) with blue LED because I wanted longer battery life than my black mini with 18490 ext. I got the 18650 extension with the full size. I'd go for the full size with extension. These things are much smaller and thinner that pictures can give them credit for.

Yeah but if you purchased the mini straight away and the 18650 extension you'd have that extra battery life (18650) plus the convience of switching to "stealth" mode with the 18350 if needed all in one device. They way you did it cost ya double. Just sayin. :)

Personally, I don't want to buy the third party 18650 extension for the mini because it doesn't exactly match the black finish. Call me an elitist, but I just don't want that extension. If Provari came out with a matching extension, i'd buy it for sure because I know it's going to match.

Plus I read they won't be making them for much longer? Not sure if that's true.

I just ordered my second mini (pink with blue led) I like the feel and the esthetics of the mini better and like that with the extension cap you can make it a full size (almost) but with the full size you can't make it smaller. :) either one will be beautiful tho. Gl and show it off to us when you get it. Btw they just shipped my pink mini!! Yay

Haha. I hear ya. I think an "elite" mod such as a Provari deserves a matching extension. ;)

Mine will be here tomorrow. So, what are your thoughts thus far? What are you topping it off with?

Thoughts are it's nice...lol. I am not surprised by anything. I have other objects with cerakote so I knew what to expect there. Glad I got the blue because it is bright and I don't like red. I like the size sans 18650 ext and since I have well only one other 18490 mod, I'll probably use it like that mostly.

I also got a ZAP but I am holding off on that because I don't want the power to go, it's blizzarding, out while I am testing the premade coil and adjusting.

So on top I have put a STV Nova (2.8ohm coil) with Spirit Quest from E-six and a Phiniac with a SR boge filled Poison Banana from Rawr.

The menu is simple, I have a sigelei zmax and it's the same principal. The vape itself, comparing side by side, is a lot like my evic (don't flame, it's true) and unlike my zmax at comparable voltages, same juice and attached device.

I dig it.

So, do you feel the Provari lives up to the hype???? I definitely like the simple menu and the sturdy body of the Provari. Do the evic and the zmax have a sturdy body?

Hype? My expectations were realistic; a well made, attractive and accurate VV device. It has delivered.

The Sigelei Zmax is a hunk of steel, very sturdy. The evic is aluminum and a plastic control head, I have dropped it and knocked it over several times without issue.
