SO Kits

Will new Reo stock come equipped with the SO Kits all ready installed? or will they have to be retro fitted after you buy one ?
Just asking cause I want to buy a LP Grand and am just wondering if I need the SO Kit Too?

Is the bottom spring gold? If you push down on the firing button without a battery in the device and look at the pin, is it gold-colored with a rolled tip? You have the new contacts. IIRC, Rob did send out some mods with only the updated firing pin and not the springs, due to a lack of parts, so you might have the gold pin but an old* spring.
