Hey guys and gals, my name is Kevin!

Pretty excited to get into the portable vaporizing scene, I've been interested for a while and after playing with a friends itaste mvp I knew it was time. I had no idea there was so much to it, so many different accessories, body's and all the good stuff, give me a few weeks and I'll learn all the fancy lingo

Little about myself:

I'm 20, very driven and very motivated, and always looking for new things to learn and new hobbies to start. I'm on a few other forums under the same username, mostly motorcycle forums lol As you can tell from my pictures, I'm extremely passionate about motorcycling, at first it was a hobby, now it is my life ;) Words can not describe the joy it brings me. I keep the speeding and the foolishness to the track :)

If you would like to watch my track videos, this is my youtube page

Cant wait to get to know you guys and gals, thank you for having me abord, I hope to be vaping soon :toast:

Welcome to the wonderful world of vaping! I'm by no means a veteran of the vaping world, though I have been playing with these toys for a couple years now. Just keep in mind that no one thing will be perfect for everyone, so you have to find what suits you the best. Some people prefer the mini cig-alikes because they more closely resemble cigarettes, some prefer big bulky mods for the power and battery capacity. I like both personally, but I use each differently. But the important thing is less (or hopefully no) cigarettes. Feel free to ask anyone on here about any questions you may have, this is easily the most helpful and pleasant forum on the interwebs for this delightful little hobby.

The first time I was ever introduced to an E-cig was with the little pen style and I thought it was the dumbest little device ever lol Then I started seeing people use the bigger mods and that caught my eye for sure. I'll probably end up with something that uses a 18650 battery. Ive puffed a cigarette maybe 6 times in my life? I think they are completely pointless, way to expensive, and totally not healthy lol So I told myself never to smoke one. I've always enjoyed hookah and that *cough* certain herb (legal here ;) ) but have come to the conclusion that I enjoy the act of smoking, and an ecig is perfect for that!

Welcome from a former OC boy (assuming California and not Florida, 'cuz the California Orange County is obviously the better of the two).

You know it! California it is :) Been back here for about 4 years now, formally from eugene, OR

Welcome to the forums! Perhaps he is from Orange County New York?

Bah... too cold up there for Motorcycles! LoL!

Way to cold! lol

damn, I'm more of a go 15 mph through the woods on a moped exploring rider, but anyway, after a day or two of reading and watching videos, it makes sense. Looks like anyone starting now is starting at a great time because of all the great new rebuildable products.

I love the 15mph ride through the woods too :) I've taken my zx6r in many places most people wont go on a dualsport lol Fire roads are my favorite. I love the city but there are time I need to just get out and see how far away from everyone I can get and just explore. Next bike will indeed be a Dual sport/adventure bike :)

Ive spent the last 3 hours on youtube listening to people reviews and reading how these things work, I am slowly getting the hang of it :) I taught myself how to rebuild my bikes engine off of youtube and forums, I think I will get the hang of this at some point :)

I think I have come to the conclusion of the Mod that I want, the Joyetech eVic! I'm pretty sure I will never use 50% of the features, but knowing that I have them is awesome! It may be complete overkill, but its exactly what I was looking for, something with way too much technology/features then required, while still looking nice. Going to have to look into getting this thing anodized green though ;)

Found it here

Joye eVic - BODY UNIT ONLY | Joye e-Vic Ecig APV

(I'm in no way associated with myvapstore, I promise lol They just popped up when searching on this forum about the eVic)

I feel that, in my younger days, I'd say hey man pass that over! Haha, the first time my brother saw me using an old passthrough he yelled DIGITAL HOOKAH! I laughed.

But all reminiscing aside, if you have any questions just ask anyone here what it is you think you're looking for and we'll all point you in the right direction, whether that be vapor production, throat hit, convenience, or simply aesthetics. We like what we do here, and hell, I'm brand new here myself, so think of me as one of the less helpful people here.
