oh and the difference between the sealed/auto and manual are that the manual you press the button to inhale versus the auto you can just pull on them whenever?

I demonstrate all that in my video. I have several in YouTube and most I them center around the smokeless image products since that's what I use. They are more of a "how to" and "tips and tricks" video than a review.

I prefer the automatic in the 78mm size because it feels more natural to just pull on something cig sized. It felt weird pushing a button on something that felt like a cigarette. In the X2 batteries that are cigar sized, I prefer the button. I hold it in a fist with the thumb on the button, hold for a second, then pull. It's hard to say which you'll prefer... You could order one of each and try them out, then post a pic and use your freebie for a battery in your preference.

I suggest the Volt from smokeless image. The 78mm battery lasts 3-4 hours of moderate vaping. The cartos last a long time and can be refilled easily. It is reasonably priced and there is a 15% off coupon. Smokeless image also has a customer service that's second to none. I quit a 1 1/2 PAD habit the day I picked up my volt. Here's a video demonstrating it and showing some "tips and tricks".

Smokeless Image Volt Demonstration and CE3 Cartomizers - YouTube

I suggest watching this video. I learned more about vaping in 30 mins than in 2 weeks of research. :)

I got the EGO-C a month ago and haven't smoked an analog since. What you use probably isn't that important as long as it works. Getting into mods etc can get expensive fast. I would recommend to buy rather too strong than too mild e-juices. You can always water them down using 0mg juices but if the initial juice won't remove the craving for nicotine you're doomed to fail. I started with 20mg and after few weeks I'm now vaping 16mg.
