Great job and congrats! I have only been at this for about a month myself and started with the V4L starter kit with prefilled cartos and also a Liberty Flights Riva (that magically turned into an eGo-T battery - story for another time). I love the Wow Cowboy from V4L but didn't like the cartos with the filler for very long. I now use the KR808 CE2 cartos from LF when using my Vapor King batts from V4L. I use the eGo CE2 XL cartos for my eGo-T as well and have just started using the eGo Mega (XL) cartos as well.
The V4L cartos are very easy to top-off/refill, but don't last very long before tasting burnt or needing topped off. The CE2 cartos last a long time before needing a refill, but are a little trickier to fill/refill. You need to use a syringe with the tool that comes with each box or just about any needle to fill/refill these. Just look for the heating element across the refill end after removing both the white endcap and clear silicone ring below that and then draw an imaginary crosshairs. On the line that is perpendicular to the element you will find a small hole near the metal outside edge of the carto. Stick the tool or needle all the way down, fill with about 1.5m-1.8ml or so, switching midway through to the other side to assure the juice gets wicked on both sides. It's best to let them sit a while so they wick good and the taste at first may be bad until it wicks good or any pre-applied primer burns off. I can go close to a day with these without doing anything other than making sure my batt has a good charge.
All your cartos will need cleaning if you continue to use them over and over and several threads are on the forums about that. You can use the search feature to find more info on this.
My favorite now is the eGo-T with the mega carto, but this one is prone to leaking when refilling if you aren't careful. I keep the batt-end cap on and only use about 1.8ml or so to fill them. These last me about a day even when i can chain-vape all day and the battery will last that long as well. The combo of the eGo-T, Mega(XL) carto, and Vapor4Life Wow Cowboy keeps me and the missus happy as can be.
