I'm not holding my breath on that, I'm betting China will keep on keeping on and someone, if not many, will figure out ways to get new products here. For every law, there's at least 20 loopholes and another 2,000 people willing to break the law! The FDA is having a nice wet dream right now, but it's not obtainable or achievable, the Genies already out of the bottle.
Now we should enjoy a burst of innovation in packaging and shipping.

It just occured to me. The mods I've got with built in batteries can be kept alive by taking them to an electronics repair place and asking for a replacement battery. May be the labor would cost more than the original mod but if mods aren't available it will be worth doing.

Our behavior hasn't changed; it's only the FDA that's altered course.
To stop buying vape products now would be to admit we were wrong about vaping, & Big Tobacco was right all along.

Are you suggesting that we should not explore weaknesses in rules used against us?
Do you expect ecf to help enforce FDA deeming if Customs fails?
